The E-motion online counselling service in Brighton and Hove is having a make over! The service is now called E-wellbeing and will be launching on a shiny, new platform in June 2018.

If urgent help or advice is needed (but it is not a life-threatening situation) the following sources of support are available:

If you feel you are not able to staff safe, but do not need immediate medical assistance, you should contact:
