Six easy steps to get some counselling

Step 1

Email us at frankie@e-motionbh.org.uk to let us know you are interested in counselling. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours (except weekends).

You might want to think about emailing us from a safe email address, which other people do not have access to. Read our safety guide to find out more.

Step 2

We will send you a link to an online form which you can complete and send it to us. You can also email us to ask us any questions.

Step 3

We work out what you need and how we can help you.

Step 4

We put you in touch with your counsellor or signpost you to another service.

Step 5

Your counsellor will get in touch and let you know how they will work with you. They will also send you an online agreement for counselling.

Step 6

Begin counselling.

Please don’t worry about the online forms we will send you, they are easy to fill in and are used to find out how you are feeling and will not be shared with anyone else.
